Antonym runs on US servers with a seat count we set from load tests, not guesses. When the seats are full, new people wait in order for the next batch.

How seats work
A seat is a paid place on the service. Seat counts come from measured load and start small. Invitations go out in batches of about fifty, a few days apart, so we can watch the servers before adding more.
